Raven Symone

 

Raven-Symone Christina Maday (nee Pearman) was born on December 10, 1986 is an American actress and singer. She has been honored with numerous awards including five NAACP Image Awards and two Kids Choice Awards. Three Young Artist Awards and three Daytime Emmy Award nominations. VH1 has included her on their list of the "100 Greatest Child stars of All Time" in 2012.



 



 Raven-Symone's career began as a child actor. She was a part of Olivia Kendall (1989-1992) on The Cosby Show and Nicole Lee (1993-1997), both of which won her numerous nominations and awards.

In 1998 Maestro was cast in the role of Lulu in Frank Wedekind's Pandora's Box, San Martin Theater in her hometown of Buenos Aires. She was honored with the "Ace" Award for the Best New Artist.
